RD Saúde

We are leaders in the Brazilian pharmaceutical retail market, present in all Brazilian states, with 3,000 pharmacies and revenues of R$ 36.3 billion in 2023.
We were created in November 2011 from the merger between the Droga Raia and Drogasil chains, which together combine more than 200 years of history. Droga Raia was founded in 1905 and Drogasil in 1935 and today we form the leading chain, both in terms of number of pharmacies and revenue.
As part of the health sector, which is characterized by its resilience to economic fluctuations and the secular growth in demand driven by an ageing population, there is still plenty of opportunity for growth. Furthermore, even with the high and consistent growth in revenue and our status as the absolute leader among pharmacy chains, we only had a 16.1% market share in 2023, highlighting an opportunity for market consolidation in the long term.
